PDF Output: "Windows cannot find $display"
In running a PDF OUTPUT, user gets popup error box: 
                 $display:         (can look like "Sdisplay")

 Windows cannot find '$display:'. Make sure you typed the
 name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file,
 click the Start button, and then click Search.

                    OK
The problem was resolved by associating Adobe 6.0 with all PDFs, and installing the newest java client.
