Diagnosing Appx/Client problems | |
` To diagnose general Appx/Client problems, send tech support will home\appxlog.txt and "appx.stk" (in the server directory containing the Appx engine). These files frequently provide us with the information needed to identify and fix issues that can cause a session to hang. Note: appxlog.txt is initialized when a user starts a new session, so you must capture it before the user starts a new session.
