How to display the HELP text for the current Menu?
The following technique displays the user documentation text for the current Menu:

 Create a detached Optional Child:

               --- SUBROUTINE   HELP (PROCESS)

 Give it a Pre-Invocation ILF command:

               GOSUB    --- HELP (GRAB CURRENT PROCESS)
