	The trick is that you'll want different values for certain environment variables used by both WinAppxD and APPX itself, for each engine you want to be able to run on the server. To do this, set up your services to run batch files that set the appropriate environment variables, then launch WinAppxD.exe. (Instead of running the services running WinAppxD.exe directly.) Different services run different batch files, which start WinAppxD's with different ports and other environment variables.
